BEDTIME MILK



Milk is... 
An essential for your body, especially, if you drink it as a bedtime drink. 


Let’s see why drinking milk before you go to sleep can benefit you in many ways.

1. Because milk is full of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, which help in the growth of the body and aids in the repair. Calcium and phosphorus are important minerals that your body needs for building strong bones and teeth.


2. Drinking milk can make you get a good night sleep...
Because there is a high level of protein in milk that is called “Tryptophan”, this protein will be converted into what we called, Melatonin. It helps you getting a full quality sleep. Of cause when you get a good night sleep, your brain will be put into a relaxation mode as well. So, that is the time when your brain leave all your stress behind. It is a really great stress reliever of the night!  

3. It helps slowing aging process and preventing wrinkles to form on your body.


4. Not only your bone that needs calcium, your blood needs calcium as well. Because during the night calcium in the blood is reduced, so, your body needs to pull part of calcium out of your bone to fill into your blood. Therefore, drinking milk can provide that part of calcium to the blood and help maintaining your bone to stay strong. Importantly, calcium that you are taken into your body before bedtime, it is absorbed and remained in your bloodstream during the night.

TIP: Drink a glass of warm milk 1 hour before bedtime for your healthier mind and body.
