ARE YOU A FORGETFUL PERSON?

You can easily exercise your brain with these simple ways in your daily life. It can help you remember things better and even become wiser.

Take Notes
Find a small note book or application in your personal tablet that let you quickly write or scribble things down and take it with you anywhere. It helps you planning out your day and managing things easier. You can write down your appointments, places that you will go, and contact information of your friends and colleagues or even their birthdays. Moreover, you can jot down all your great ideas, inspiration, and quotes of the day.

Keep Notes On Where It Is Easily Visible
Stick small pieces of paper that contain your notes on a bedroom door, on a mirror in a restroom, on a fridge, in a car, etc. It is the way to remind and stimulate your brain to memorize what on the notes.

Talk To Yourself
It is another way of taking notes but in a form of sound. In the morning when you wake up, think about the plan of the day and say it out loud what you will do, where you will go, who you will meet, and what the goals of the day are. It will be like an audio reminder that reminds yourself. It is the morning exercise for your brain.

Slow Down Your Action And Fast-Paced Life
Your brain will operate slower as you get older, so, if you talk or act too fast, your brain will not be able to memorize and collect all those information. Eventually, it will make you become a forgetful person.

Fun tips:

  • Pick up things in the dark or close your eyes while you are taking a shower or dressing up.
  • Do your everyday tasks with your non-dominant hand. (If you are a left handed, try using your right hand or if you are a right handed, try using your left hand.)
  • Calculate numbers on license plates or numbers that you see around you. Add them up and see how fast you can!

Be conscious and know every action that you are doing!
