Food for your skin


Dry Skin Lack of skin fatty acids that keep skin nourish and smooth.

Recommend: Good fatty acids(Omega 3 and Omega 6)
- Fish with high levels of fish oil (Omega-3) like salmon, mackerel, and anchovies.
  • Whole grains 
  • Nuts of various kinds, especially those with hardshell.

Reduce & Avoid: Margarine fat content
  • Fast food and processed foods
  • French fries, biscuits, and white sugar

Oily Skin 

Recommend: 
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables to keep skin moist, particularly papaya, avocado , pineapple and nuts. 
  • Whole grains 

Reduce & Avoid: 
  • Food rich in saturated fats
  • Dairy products
  • Red meat 
  • Anything that fried or deep-fried. 
It disturbs the balance of fats in the sensitive cell membranes of your skin. It will stimulate the skin to produce too much fat, which causes your skin to be too oily.


Sensitive Skin 

Recommend: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Zinc
  • Carrots, mango, and  kiwi
  • Meat
  • Oats and hardshell nuts 

Reduce & Avoid: Spicy foods such as chili.       
Spicy foods can easily irritate digestive system in your body. It can cause Lining inflammation in your stomach. The result is that the immune system is active, which causes red rash on your face and body. Other types of food allergies can cause similar problems and lead to skin allergy, too.
