Even when you are at home you can mask yourself in a simple and natural way, without harming your skin.
It's not hard to do at all. You can simply look for any yogurt in your fridge, the most effective would be the plain one, and use it as face mask to improve your skin.
Regular and/or oily skin
Ingredients:
1 cup of Yogurt
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of orange juice
1 teaspoon of carrot juice
How to:
- Mix and stir all the ingredients together until smoothly blended.
- Mask onto your face and leave it on for 10-15 minutes
- Rinse with warm water and followed by cold water.
Dry skin and/or sensitive skin.
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
2 table spoon of yogurt
How to:
- Mix all the ingredients together until well blended
- Mask it onto your face and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Rinse the mask with warm water and followed by cold water.
It will be most effective when you repeat this regularly, at least 2-3 times per month, along with keeping your facial skin nourish and healthy. I assure you will have a smoother and glowing skin, as well as, it will help slowing down aging skin that causes wrinkles.
