Blood Type Diet Eating.


Blood Type Diet eating by blood type was developed by a Naturopathic Physician named Dr. Peter D’Adamo, which is called "Eat Right For Your Type" and it is recommended that people eat food based on blood type. Blood types A B AB or O are claiming to digest protein from food differently. Therefore, eating the wrong type of food will impact negatively on the body. It is also believed that eating the right type for you to make your body stronger.

The oldest blood type. People believe that those who have this blood type are hunters. So, high-protein diet with low in fat – meat, fish, bread, and whole grains– is good for people with this blood type. 
Intensive exercise
A
Because we need to digest carbohydrates very well, so, this blood type is believed to appear after the rise of agriculture. No wonder, soy proteins, grains and vegetables are good for people with this blood type. At the same time, these people should consume less red meat than any other blood type
Light exercise
B
It is believed that these people are not only capable of adapting themselves but also have quite a flexible digestive system. So, they have no problem of consuming dairy products, besides, they can eat meat, too. However, people with this blood type should avoid corn, tomatoes, whole grains, nuts and peanut. Exercise could be intense than people with Type A . In the medium.

These people features a combination of A and B. These people should avoid eating meat and turn to eat more tofu products, seafood or milk instead.

Eating according to your blood type will help you lose weight, stay energetic, and healthy. However, this method focuses on the effect of health and prevention of disease rather than weight lost.
