No matter who you are, student or designer, you can relieve the pain by massaging yourself from time to time. It is the way to help reducing those pains.
For the eyes
Use the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger of both hands to press the edge of the eye socket on the brow area fairly and slowly push three fingers up toward your head, neck, and to the back of your neck for 10 to 20 times.
For the shoulders

- Extend out your right arm forward, keep it straight, and parallel to the ground.
- Use your left hand to hold the right elbow and pull it towards you body.
- Hold and slowly count 1 to 10. You will feel tight.
- Switch back and forth between left and right arms.
This will help relax your shoulders muscles.
For the arms and hands
- Lift your right arm up above you head until feeling tight.
- Stretch your left arm to the back of your head until you can hold your right elbow.
- Pull the right arm to tilt to the left until feeling tight
- Slowly count 1-10 and gradually switch to the other sides for at least 20 times or more.
